Your rights
In accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" you have the right to:
- Access — receive information about the fact, legal bases, purposes and composition of your personal data processed by the Operator.
- Correction — require the correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Blocking — require suspension of processing of data in the cases established by law.
- Deletion — require the destruction of your personal data upon achievement of the purposes of processing or in the absence of lawful grounds to continue processing.
- Withdrawal of consent — withdraw previously given consent to the processing of personal data.
For details about the rights of data subjects see the Personal Data Processing Policy, section 12.
How to submit a request
Send a message to admin@pflow.pro with the subject "Data Subject Request" and include:
- Your full name or display name.
- The email used at registration or when taking part in a process on the Platform.
- The type of request: access, correction, blocking, deletion or withdrawal of consent.
- If the request concerns a specific process — the process identifier or a link to the portal.
- If the request concerns specific data — specify which.
The Operator has the right to request additional information from you that is necessary to verify your identity and to match the scope of the requested data to the data actually being processed.
Processing time
The Operator reviews the request and sends a reply within 10 working days from the date of receipt. If additional information is required, the period may be extended with notice to the requester.
Important
If consent is withdrawn or data is deleted, access to the Platform may be restricted or terminated, as the processing of some personal data is technically necessary for the operation of the service.
If the Operator is required to retain part of the data under the laws of the Russian Federation (for example, for tax or accounting purposes), such data cannot be deleted until the relevant retention periods expire.
Appeal
If you believe that the Operator is violating your rights as a data subject, you have the right to apply:
- To Roskomnadzor — the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Media.
- To a court in the manner prescribed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
