Current model
The ProcessFlow Platform is provided to Managers on individual terms based on a commission on successful transactions. Subscription fees and tariff plans do not apply in the current version of the Platform.
How to join
Access to the Platform is granted by invitation. To discuss joining terms, please write to admin@pflow.pro.
Until an individual commission agreement is concluded, access is provided free of charge under the Public Offer.
One-time payments for third-party services
Within individual processes (for example, visa processing, state duties), the Platform may accept one-time payments from a Manager's Clients for subsequent transfer to the recipient. Such payments do not constitute the cost of the Operator's services — they are transit payments for services of third parties.
The amount, purpose and procedure for such a payment are communicated to the Client in the corresponding process before the payment is made. For details see the Public Offer, section 4.2.
Currency
All settlements are made in the currency of the Russian Federation (Russian rubles).
Changes to terms
If the Platform transitions to regular tariff plans, existing Managers will be notified at least 30 calendar days in advance by email with the option to discontinue use.
