Platform Usage Rules

1. General provisions

These Rules describe the acceptable use of the ProcessFlow Platform and complement the Public Offer and the Personal Data Processing Policy.

Registration and use of the Platform mean that the user agrees to these Rules.

The terms used in these Rules have the meanings defined in the Personal Data Processing Policy.

2. Acceptable use

The Platform is intended for running business processes by a Manager within their professional activity and for tracking by Clients of the progress of such processes.

The Manager uses the Platform at their own risk and in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.

3. Prohibitions

Users of the Platform are prohibited from:

  • Using the Platform for activities that violate the laws of the Russian Federation.
  • Uploading, storing or distributing through the Platform content prohibited by law, including materials of an extremist nature, personal data of third parties without a lawful basis, intellectual property without the rights to use it.
  • Placing on the Platform malicious software, scripts or other technical means capable of disrupting the operation of the Platform, the devices of other users or the Operator's infrastructure.
  • Attempting unauthorized access to the data of other users, administrative sections of the Platform or its infrastructure.
  • Carrying out automated mass data collection from the Platform without the written consent of the Operator.
  • Using the Platform for mass unsolicited messaging (spam).
  • Transferring account credentials to third parties. Exception — transferring access within the Manager's team with the Operator's agreement.
  • Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing restrictions set by the Operator.

4. User content

The Manager bears full responsibility for the content of data, files and messages placed in their "box", as well as for interaction with their Clients through the Platform.

The Client is responsible for the content of data that they upload to the portal within their process.

The Operator does not carry out prior moderation of content and is not the publisher of user content.

5. Monitoring and blocking

The Operator reserves the right to:

  • Keep logs of user actions for the purposes of security, incident investigation and prevention of abuse.
  • Temporarily restrict or fully block a user's access to the Platform upon detection of a breach of these Rules, with notice to the user by email.
  • Remove from the Platform content that violates these Rules or the law, with notice to the user by email.
  • Transfer information about a user and their actions to authorized state authorities upon a reasoned request in accordance with the law.

6. Reports of breaches

If you discover a breach of these Rules or other suspicious activity on the Platform, report it to admin@pflow.pro with a description of the circumstances of the breach and links to the related content.

The Operator reviews such reports within a reasonable time.

7. Changes to the Rules

The Operator has the right to make changes to these Rules unilaterally. The current version is published at https://pflow.pro/page/terms.

Continued use of the Platform after the changes take effect means the user's consent to the new version of the Rules.
